Avis Time Trial

Time trials are a great way to gauge your fitness over time.  Comparing results from the same section of road can provide insights to improvements through the season.  We like to use a 10 mile route (5 out and 5 back) on a low traffic road that is very flat.  Check out the route below.  Suffer through the pain on this one and post your best time on the Strava leaderboard.
